| Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ): What kind of equipment do you use? The cameras used are professional-quality, three-chip, digital video cameras. A high-quality, UHF wireless microphone is used to capture the vows precisely. The footage is creatively edited in a computer based editing suite. The edited final cut is then recorded to DVD, complete with animated menus, chapters, and a colorful, customized art design printed onto the disc. Do you interview guests at the reception? Yes, if requested. Please let us know ahead of time who you would like us to ask for an interview. Do you require a down payment to hold the wedding date for video services? Yes, a non-refundable down payment of $200 is required up front. The remainder of the balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding day. Can we select music for you to use in the editing process? Yes, songs that are special to the couple can be added to the edited video at no extra charge. Please provide us with a CD of any music you would like us to use in your wedding video. How soon after the wedding can we expect our finished video? Please allow three to four months after the wedding for your final DVD. Editing is a crucial part of the process and takes time to create a high-quality, professional product. Do you attend the rehearsal? Yes. Just like the wedding planning is crucial, so is the wedding video planning. The rehearsal is a great opportunity to meet the wedding party and the person presenting, as well as choose the camera angles and locations.
